Quick summary
- You earn 30 % of Teorio's net revenue from purchases your followers make within 60 days after entering your code, and from every renewal of a subscription they started within those 60 days, for as long as it remains active.
- Your followers get 7 days of premium for free when they enter the code.
- We pay monthly once purchases are 60 days old and you have earned at least 200 kr.
- Without F-skatt (business tax registration), we pay a maximum of 999 kr per calendar year into your account. If you earn more, you invoice us for the amount above this limit, for example through an umbrella company.
- Always label your post with #reklam or Annons (Swedish for “Ad”).
1. Parties
These terms apply between you as a partner and Dalsten Group AB, which runs Teorio ("we"). You become a partner once you have submitted your application and accepted the terms, and your code has been activated.
2. Your code
You get a personal code that your followers enter in the "Do you have a code?" box in Teorio’s app or web app. The code is only for new customers, meaning accounts that have never paid for Teorio. Each customer account and each device can use a partner code once.
Anyone who enters the code gets 7 days of premium for free. This benefit may change; if it does, we will notify you in advance as set out in section 12.
You may have one partner code. One person, one personnummer (Swedish personal identity number), one partner.
3. Commission
You earn 30 % of Teorio's net revenue from every purchase a customer makes within 60 days after entering your code. If the customer starts a subscription within those 60 days, you also earn commission on every renewal of that subscription, for as long as it remains active. Once the subscription has been cancelled and has expired, a new subscription only earns you commission if it is started within those same 60 days.
Net revenue means the price the customer pays minus VAT and minus the fee charged by App Store, Google Play or the payment provider. For example, an in-app purchase of 199 kr gives about 135 kr in net revenue and about 40 kr to you.
Purchases refunded to the customer earn no commission. If commission for a refunded purchase has already been paid, we deduct it from your next payment.
4. Payments
Commission for a purchase can be paid once the purchase is 60 days old (allowing time for any refunds). We pay once a month, when the amount available for payment is at least 200 kr, into a Swedish bank account.
Before your first payment, we need your personnummer and bank account number. We need your personal identity number to submit a kontrolluppgift (income statement) to Skatteverket (the Swedish Tax Agency) about your earnings. You enter these details on your partner page.
5. Tax and the 999 kr limit
If you do not have F-skatt, we pay up to 999 kr per calendar year directly to you. Below that limit, we pay no employer contributions and deduct no tax. You must report the earnings in your own tax return.
If you earn more than this in a year, you can receive the amount above the limit by:
- invoicing us with your own F-skatt registration (as a sole trader or company), or
- invoicing through an egenanställningsföretag (a company that invoices on your behalf), such as Frilans Finans or Gigger. They handle tax and contributions and deduct a fee from your earnings.
You create an invoice summary on your partner page. It shows the amount and a reference that must appear on the invoice. The amount is excluding VAT; VAT is added if your business or umbrella company is VAT-registered. The invoice must be in your name and addressed to Dalsten Group AB, company registration number 559542-6304. We pay within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
If you do not invoice us, we pay the amount above the limit from January of the next year, still subject to a maximum of 999 kr per calendar year.
6. Age
You must be at least 18 years old to be a partner.
7. Labelling ads
Every post, video or story where you mention Teorio or your code must be clearly labelled with #reklam or the word Annons, at the start and easy to see. Konsumentverket (the Swedish Consumer Agency) has ruled that words such as "samarbete" (collaboration) or "#samarbete" are not enough. Both you and we are responsible for ensuring that the marketing complies with marknadsföringslagen (the Swedish Marketing Act).
8. What you must not do
- Make misleading promises, such as "guaranteed to pass", "official app from Trafikverket (the Swedish Transport Administration)" or "free forever".
- Buy search ads targeting "Teorio" or similar words.
- Post the code on coupon or discount sites.
- Share the code through spam, bought followers or fake accounts.
- Use your own code for your own purchases, or have others buy on your behalf to earn commission.
9. Suspension and termination
If you break the terms, we may suspend or deactivate your code immediately. We pay commission for valid purchases made before that point as set out in section 4. Commission for purchases that break the terms will not be paid.
You can end your partnership at any time by emailing us. Commission you have earned will be paid under the usual terms.
10. Not employment
The partnership is a service arrangement, not employment. You decide whether, when and how you create content. We do not set your working hours or decide what you publish, apart from the rules in sections 7 and 8.
11. Personal data
Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data. You never see information about individual customers, only counts and amounts.
12. Changes
We notify you of changes to the terms by email at least 30 days in advance. The changes apply to purchases made after they take effect.
